During a trip passengers are not allowed to enter either the car or car deck. Passengers are requested to leave their cars with first gear engaged, hand brake on, wheels straight. Cars should be duly locked up to prevent third party access.
The passenger is entitled to carry without additional charge, hand luggage up to 50 kg. Luggage exceeding 50 kg is treated as a cargo and will be shipped on the basis of a bill of lading after paying shipment charges, calculated according to current freight tariff used at a particular line.

There are rooms for passengers with recliner seats, where it is possible to spend the trip. Apart from that, there are public places making the trip by ferry pleasant - restaurants, bars, cafeteria, disco, shops and the like.
Only on the Mazovia ferry there is an opportunity to take advantage of widely available Internet connection while standstill and it is possible to purchase Internet access during the cruise.
All the prices of goods and catering services offered on board of Polferries are given in PLN. Payments can be also made in Euro. The charge is given in PLN only.
In each cabin of Wawel ferry, there is a possibility to plug in low-current devices, such as shaver or charger. Hair dryers and chargers can be connected only on the corridors.
In each cabin of Varsovia, Nova Star and Mazovia ferry in passengers cabins on deck 7 are equipped with 230V electrical outlets, to which devices such as hair dryer or laptop can be connected. On deck 9 there are 220/110V outlets situated in the bathrooms (lamps) (Polish or UK connections), to which only the shaver or charger can be plugged into.
When ferries are at sea, passengers have access to the mobile network via a satellite system operated Telenor Maritime.
Please note that there is no 'EU roaming' on board. Since June 2017, roaming charges have been abolished within the European Union. However, this option ("EU roaming") is not available on Polferries ferries as the trip is through international seas. The cost of roaming on board (satellite connection) is determined by your mobile operator and you should find out the call prices from them (e.g. on the web or via SMS).
To avoid high data transfer costs, you can switch off roaming or activate airplane mode while on board the ship.
