The BES surcharge (Bunker-Environmental Surcharge) is a fuel and environmental surcharge applied in connection with changes in fuel purchase and delivery costs, as well as environmental costs related to the operation of ferry services.
The BES surcharge is calculated for each commenced metre of vehicle length and applies to freight vehicles on individual ferry routes. The surcharge amount is updated in accordance with the applicable announcements.
Rates valid up to and including 31 July 2026:
