GENERAL PROVISIONS
| 1. | This freight tariff applies to all ferries of the Carrier announced in the official or provisional timetable. |
| 2. | The cargo ticket will be issued by the Carrier or other authorized entities, as agents, in respect of the goods. |
| 3. | The shipper is obliged to register the goods for transport clearance at least 2 (two) hours before departure, otherwise the carrier will be entitled to refuse to transport the goods. / Trailers must be ready for loading 4 hours before the scheduled departure of the ferry. |
| 4. | Rates are expressed in EUR (euro) net and do not include mandatory, official, or statutory fees, charges, customs duties, taxes, etc. Rates are for a one-way journey. |
| 5. | Rates do not include freight surcharges specified in this tariff. Unless this tariff expressly states otherwise, rates do not include stevedoring costs or other services provided by ports, their agents, or subcontractors for the goods - information on which can be obtained from the Carrier. |
| 6. | The Carrier reserves the right to change this tariff without prior notice. |
| 7. | This tariff is prepared in English and Polish, and in the event of any discrepancies between these versions, the English version shall prevail. |
| 8. | Dangerous goods must be declared for transport at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure of the ferry. |
With the exception of the ferries: MF Mazowia, MF Varsovia, MF Nova Star, MF Wawel, the transport of cargo, including on all types of vehicles, in the form of vehicles with alternative propulsion (electric, hybrid, gas, hydrogen), is excluded and prohibited until further notice.

Fuel Ecological Additive (BES)
Calculated for each commenced linear meter of the vehicle. The amount of the surcharge is specified in the currently applicable 'Fuel and Environmental Surcharge Notice', published separately (available on the website: www.polsca.com). The carrier is entitled to adjust the surcharge amount in the event of changes in exchange rates for fuel prices or significant changes in the mandatory costs of environmentally friendly service operation in ports and at sea, resulting from the need to adapt to new convention regulations and port tariffs.
Emissions Tax Supplement (ETS)
Calculated for each commenced linear meter of the vehicle. The amount of the surcharge is specified in the currently applicable 'Emission Surcharge Notice', published separately (available at: www.polsca.com). The carrier is entitled to adjust the amount of the surcharge based on the average monthly CO2 emissions of all ferries on our service and the average monthly price of emission allowances.
Additional charges for the transport of dangerous goods
Not all ferries are capable of transporting hazardous goods, and the number of spaces is limited.
Dangerous goods of classes 2.2, 3III, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 5.1, 8, and 9 are accepted for carriage (including in containers and on trucks/trailers), subject to the international requirements of the IMO Code and the submission of a completed "Dangerous Goods Notification Form and Certificate" before loading. Notification of the intention to transport dangerous goods must be made at the time of booking, at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure of the ferry.

Exceeded standard width
Not all ferries can transport vehicles with excessive dimensions (see the table in point 1), and the number of these spaces is limited. Each time a vehicle exceeds the standard width is transported, prior notification is required in the form of a transport request.

Additional charge for exceeding the load width
The collection of a fee for exceeding the standard width has been suspended until further notice.

Świnoujście – Ystad / Trelleborg line with the Öresund Bridge to Copenhagen
We offer the option of purchasing a single ticket for trucks from Świnoujście to Copenhagen via Ystad/Trelleborg and from Copenhagen to Świnoujście via Ystad/Trelleborg. A surcharge for the Øresund Bridge will be added to the freight.
